Shipping policy

I am taking responsibility for Your mantis to arrive well and alive within Royal Mail's Estimated time of arrival:

- 1 working day with Special Delivery

- 1-3 working days with 1st Class Signed For.

I do not take responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail or buyer (missing collections, mishandling by post worker etc.). 

To ask for replacement, please take a picture of mantis within 12 hours after first attempt of delivery. 

Orders send with Special Delivery are being send usually between Monday and Wednesday, around 2-3 p.m.

Any orders made by 1 p.m. will be send  on the same day.

After 1 p.m. will be send next day (or Monday if order is made after 1 p.m. on Wednesday).

Orders send with 1st Class Signed For will be send on Monday and Tuesday with time window as above.
